[News] CNBLUE’s Yonghwa to sing the Korean national anthem at Dodger Stadium

CNBLUE’s leader, Jung Yong Hwa will sing the Korean national anthem for Korean major leaguers.

According to FNC Entertainment last May 14th, this coming 27th of May, 6:30 p.m. (local time), Jung Yong Hwa will sing the Korean national anthem prior to  the LA Dodgers vs. Cincinnati Reds game in honor of ‘Korean Night’ to be held at the LA Dodgers stadium. ‘Korean monster’, Ryu Hyun-Jin,who is actively playing in the major league with the very first major leaguer Park Chan Ho will participate at the said event . A LED animation of the of the Korean flag will be featured while Jung Yong Hwa sings.

This is not the first collaboration between Jung Yong Hwa and Ryu Hyun Jin. Ryu can do it,  composed and written by Jung Yong Hwa is played whenever Ryu Hyun Jin appears at the LA Dodgers stadium during the home game. This upcoming event will mark their next collaboration together.

Meanwhile, ‘Korean Night”, an event presented by Korea Tourism Organization, will also be giving out bubble-head of Ryu Hyun Jin (a doll that moves its head) to the first 50,000 visitors. Park Chan Ho is throwing the first ball  to cheer Ryu Hyun Jin while the Korea Tourism Organization will showcase South Korean advertisements on electronic display. A Taekwondo performance and a raffle for plane ticket is also included.
