The heat of Bangkok, Thailand, reached ebullition point when four CNBLUE‘s members, ‘Great Band’ winner from Yin Yue Tai’s V-Chart Awards, invaded on May 4th the stage of Impact Arena, Muang Thong Thani, to show their great potential and not only their good look for a performance that will certainly become the best concert of the year 2014 in Thailand.

Even if the weather was very hot this day, Boice came early at the venue to wait for the very expected concert and see the four talented boys Jung Yonghwa, Lee Jonghyun, Lee Jungshin and Kang Minhyuk exactly one-year after their last impressive performance in the country for BLUE MOON World Tour Live in Bangkok. Bangkok was the first overseas stop in the Can’t Stop tour that featured new songs from the fifth Korean EP of the same title.

The concert opened by a special entrance from the boys on stage. Indeed, Jung Yonghwa, Lee Jonghyun, Kang Minhyuk and Lee Jungshin walked from the backstages to the front of main stage at the proximity of the surprised fans. They started by the Korean version of Time is Over, previously released in Korea Best Album Present last year, followed by Diamond Girl and Intuition. During the second song, Boice showed their project during this concert by holding a sheet of paper where we could read “Diamond Boys”. Once Yonghwa saw this, he sent as gratitude a flying kiss to his Diamond Girls.

Then, the boys enjoyed a short break to greet the fans in Thai by saying “Hello, we are CNBLUE!” and after switch to English to enable easier communication between the band and the audience. Yonghwa first said “I’m really happy to be back in Thailand. Thank you for waiting for us since BLUE MOON. We are happy to see everyone back again for this Can’t Stop concert. We love you.” Each member also tried to introduce itself in Thai. Jungshin began “Hello, my name is Jungshin. I missed you very much. Thank you.”, followed by Jonghyun “Hello I’m Jonghyun, playing the guitar. Last year, we held a concert here the same day.” and then Minhyuk “Hello, my name is Minhyuk. I really missed Thailand. I’m happy to be back here.” and finally Yonghwa “Hi, I’m Yonghwa, lead singer and playing guitar. It’s our third concert here at Impact Arena. Thank you very much, we love you all!” before conclude his speech by playing beatbox to introduce the next song LOVE.

The atmosphere in the arena changed a bit when Yonghwa sat behind keyboards to perform slower songs with more melodic vocals, including These Days, My Miracle and Love Rides The Rain. Jonghyun‘s voice during that track was perfect and heartfelt. They continued to charm the audience with one of their new songs, Cold Love, from the last Korean EP Can’t Stop.

After, the boys invited the fans to jump and dance with Coffee Shop, Robot and In My Head, leaded by strong guitar riffs. Following the emotional interaction between the boys and the audience with sweet ballads, the atmosphere in Impact Arena became very hot to reach the ebullition point once Yonghwa, Jonghyun, and Jungshin wandered off to the extension stage to get closer to the crowd. Yonghwa increased the screams when he added some fan service by doing cute dance.

The audience could enjoy the amazing stage production during Blind Love and Love is and sang together with Jonghyun the lyrics of Teardrops in the Rain in English while he was playing acoustic guitar. Yonghwa persuaded the fans to continue so sing with them. So hit songs I’m a Loner, I’m Sorry and Lady followed, increasing the power of the cheers once again.

They ended the set with the title track that is also the name of this concert tour, Can’t Stop, and finally Like a Child before going to the backstages. As the fans were loudly screaming for an encore, the boys finally came back quickly on stage to enjoy the last part of the live with funny songs Wake Up and L.O.V.E Girl. CNBLUE also kept the disaster of the Sewol tragedy in mind, thanking the audience for the help and support, and asking for continuous prayers for South Korea. “A few weeks ago, there was a tragedy in Korea. Many Koreans are grieving. We know that many people in Thailand share the sorrow and prayers for Korea. We believe that we can give light for the people in sadness. We hope our music will be a light to them and you Bangkok!” said Yonghwa. Thus the boys ended the night with a touching note by singing the last song Love Light. Before leaving the stage, the boys came at the middle of the stage to thank fans and promise to come back. “We will come back. We promise. We will be back again, thank you!” repeated Yonghwa.

CNBLUE gave another great performance for this third concert in Bangkok. Yonghwa, Jonghyun, Jungshin and Minhyuk charmed the crowd by engaging them in both English and Thai and performing some of their hits songs during the more than two hour long show. What we can conclude after this unforgettable night is “Once you watch CNBLUE live, you can’t stop watching them” as said fans.
