CNBLUE’s Jung Yonghwa had just held his solo concert in Taipei Physical Education College Gymnasium on June 20, 2015. Around more than 4000 fans attended the concert, creating the enthusiastic atmosphere in the venue, as reported by China Times, Taipei Wenhui Daily and many more on the next day.
Before the concert, he greeted fans in Chinese, saying “Hello, I’m Jung Yonghwa. I love Taiwan”. He drove the fans even more excited by saying “I’m your god, and you’re my goddess”, local media reported.
Taiwan’s famous singer JJ Lin also came to the concert as a guest, making the hype even hotter. After they sang a song together, he presented Yonghwa with a birthday cake. The fans went up and down once again when he gave him sweet words of encouragement, “Yonghwa, you must be tired. Here, I’ll give you a hug”.
On the other hand, JJ Lin confessed that back then he didn’t know Korean song but through Yonghwa, he came to like Korean songs, pleasing fans with his revelation that he is now “a Korean Wave fan”. As the concert was only a few days away before his birthday, he wanted to treat Yonghwa with Hokkaido King Crab in Taipei.
After releasing last year, CNBLUE members are currently focusing on their individual activities. CNBLUE is expected to hold a fan meeting in Malaysia on July 3, 2015.
