CNBLUE′s Jung Yong Hwa spoke candidly about what has changed at FNC.

CNBLUE members Jung Yong Hwa, Lee Jong Hyun, Kang Min Hyuk and Lee Jung Shin sat down for an interview at an undisclosed hotel in Seoul′s Cheongdamdong on April 4 to talk about their sixth mini albumBlueming.

When a reporter asked, “CNBLUE has become a pillar of FNC. The circumstances have changed a bit since FNC′s recent rapid expansion. Is there anything you′re disappointed about?”

Jung Yong Hwa said, “There isn′t anything we′re sdisappointed about. We′re just happy that Jae Suk hyung is here.”

He continued, “I personally really dislike talking about the old days. The company has grown, and I think that it′s right to think and act in a way that fits the system. I′m just thankful that we get to do our music comfortably.”

CNBLUE′s new mini album Blueming was released on April 4, marking the group′s return to the music scene after seven months. You′re So Fine is the lead single from the album, which also contains tracks The Seasons, Young Forever, Without You and Stay Sober.

Jung Yong Hwa said, “It′s just that we used to be able to call our CEO comfortably before, but we can′t as much these days.”

Lee Jong Hyun added, “Just three to four years ago, if our album didn′t do well, our whole company would teeter. But these days, rather than think that it has to do well, we′re stepping back and watching. We feel more comfortable.”

Jung Yong Hwa said, “I contributed to 60 percent of FNC′s earnings last year with my solo and CNBLUE′s promotions. Just know that. I think 60 bricks of the company were built by me,” drawing laughs with his witty comment.
